Ontario's Places to Grow Act is the driving force behind Burlington's intensification needs. Mike Wallace wants to work with our local MPP, the Minister of Municipal Affairs & Housing, the Cabinet and Premier Ford to see how the Act and its supporting plans can be modified to better reflect the needs of Burlington's future and current residents. It's not enough to say, "this is what we have to do". As mayor, I want to engage our government partners to ensure the residents of Burlington are being heard.

Mike will work with the Province to change the Places to Grow Act and other plans, to reflect a realistic growth target.
